Return and refund policy

At Sarvaa by Kriti, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you wish to request a return, please read our policy carefully.

Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the returned article is received, it will undergo a quality inspection by our team.

Store Credit Policy

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Upon successful quality inspection, a store credit equivalent to the order value minus ₹200 towards shipping and handling charges will be added to your customer account.
  • The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Credit Validity

  • Store credit will remain valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Expired credits cannot be extended or reissued.

Important Notes

  • If the returned product does not pass the quality check, the return request may be declined and the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Cancellation policy:

  • Customer Cancellations: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@sarvaabykriti.com or calling +91-8920665517. Cancellations will receive a credit note or an exchange for an item of equal value.
  • Our Cancellations: We may cancel orders due to material unavailability, listing errors, or suspected fraud. 
  • Cancellation Fee: Prepaid order cancellations are subject to a 2-3% payment gateway fee.
  • Credit Note Validity: Credit notes are valid for 90 days.
